From the quick look that I did, Appliances Online ebay is cheaper at $368.10: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/303875207086?epid=7011040689&has…

    • Not sure how I missed that one! Might have to sign up for eBay Plus now!

    • Showing as $409 for me now. And no shipping to Brisbane.

The one from kitchemwarehouse is a different (cheaper) model, you can get from AO eBay store with less than $300 after discount

      Removed! Thanks for the catch.
Google Shopping is really bad with these product codes. Displays a lot of incorrect products.

I bought my wife one from Goodguys on last month's price match. The build quality looks amazing, shes already telling our 4yo daughter she will inherit it.

They’re built like tanks, look after them and they’ll look after you like any good tool

    GoodGuys Commercial is $385.00

    • Was literally about to say the same thing

    • Does it include shipping? Haven't successfully figured out a way to get access to that :'(
(I seem to miss out on all the targeted methods!)

      • $10 shipping cost to metro areas, free pick up in store

i bought this model last year and there are two things that bug me.

    1. there is no handle on the bowl. the upper models have this, but considering the bowl is huge, it is an annoyance. the 3100 has a smaller bowl.
    2. the power dial is a horribly cheap plastic. the rest of the machine is super solid, but this is just cheap and flimsy. its still doing what its meant to, but doesnt appear built for 20+years.

other than that, it works fine. its pretty noisy but i think most are.

  • Have have a model smaller than this and it’s really good. Just be aware buying accessories is super difficult at the model numbers and versions are really confusing even on the kenwood website.

  • This or purchase 7 of the $59 ones from Australia Post?

  • I got it last month too from the ebay deal with Afterpay, ended up around $360. It's sooooo good, bread dough not a headache anymore and it's SOLID!

  • What's the difference between this and the Breville Scraper Mixer one and also the KitchenAid ones? Want to get one for the missus and thinking if it's worth spending extra for the more expensive ones

    • Wondering the same. I've seen KitchenAid - it seems sturdy as, all steel, incl. the accessories. KitchenAid also has extensions that can use its motor.
