How to Claim

  • First you'll need to download the ShopBack App, if you haven't already.
  • Next you'll need to create an account/sign-up if you're a new customer.
  • Then join our OzBargain Perks Partnership as highlighted below:
  1. Click here on Mobile to enrol in our OzBargain Perks Partnership.
  2. If the previous link doesn't work, try this link from your Desktop or Mobile Web Browser.
  3. Once you've enrolled, click 'Earn More' on the bottom bar of our App > then click the 'Perks' tab.
  4. The exclusive challenge can be found here, click 'Start'
  5. Shop at your selected store as usual (excluding ShopBack Super Store/Gift Cards), following the Cashback rules & T&C's.

T&C's:

  • Note: The '$ to go' amount that appears when you start the challenge is the Pre-GST amount.

    Hey OP, a quick question - what happens when an offer hits the opt-in cap (and is no longer available to join) but not every person who opted in ends up actually using the offer. Is it a lost opportunity for Shopback and the others who were left out? i.e. If 3000 people opt in and hit the cap, and only 2200 end up making eligible purchases, are 800 spots missed for everyone or can other people claim them at some point? Just curious to know how the capping works.

      Hey, great question!
      It is usually a lost opportunity in that case.
      If we find that there were a large number of opt-ins who didn't redeem the bonus by transacting, then we will typically re-allocate the difference to the following bonus (increased caps).

      We're looking at setting up bonuses capped by "Redemptions" which only increases when a transaction is made.
      But we'll need to do some testing & tweaking before rolling this out again

      I thought about that as well, those who opt in didn't end up using. I won't be one of them as I just signed up the vpn deal. And it tracked.

    So your post says the offer is still available for new customers, I've signed up for the first time as a new customer 24 hours inside the validity period and followed the steps above but no "perks" on offer:

    Made 1st purchase from chemist warehouse as new customer early in a day. Still no tracking, it shows in click history. Is it usually this slow to track or something has gone wrong….

        When you signup go to the SHOPBACK app to activate the extension bonus

        It's a chromium extension (for chrome, brave, opera, edge etc in the chrome web store)

    Newbie question, made the purchase for $5 something with tracking on 0.05. Under the perks tab it still shows $4.54 to go. Does it mean $5 is actual amount of tracked cashback or transaction amount?
