        Don't be Daffy…

      •

Does the recipient need a phone number to swap the giftcard?

      •

Great! Just did the same. Haven’t got the $20 card yet. Have you?

        •

Oh no! I used Apple Pay….think I may not be eligible

          •

@maverick1: Where does it say Apple Pay not eligible?

            •

@Iwantthatbargain: doesn't say anywhere, more of an interpretation of the T&C which state -"This offer is limited to one bonus $20 Prezzee Smart eGift Card per person, per credit card."

Do you need phone verification to use the giftcards?

        •

          No

      •

Luckily I've got 20 odd burners from creating doordash accounts lol

        •

And how did you go about using them without needing a phone number every time? :p

      •

        have you done this ?

        If you are using gmail,

By simply adding a + to the end of your username (but before the "@") you can create infinite variations of your Gmail address. For example, [email protected] will direct email to your main address without giving it away to spammers.

Have they snuck this in to the T&C's later, because I don't see it in your copy.

    Thanks,

I might get my friend Elvis a Prezzee

    His birthday is coming up…

    …I'll let myself out now…

    •

It has to be 3 different friends, if you are generous, you can consider me as second Elvis

  •

Can you use google pay and zippay to get additional 2%?

    •

      what is this? :)

  •

I've paid with PayPal then saw the notice about limited to one bonus per person, per credit card.

Anyone knows if this will go through? I'm trying to get in touch with Prezzee.

    •

did Prezzee support get back to you?

    • +2 votes

just got through to customer support via phone, lady said PayPal is fine.

  • +2 votes

Ok, sent 3x$50 to 3 emails, now waiting for the Bonus $20

    •

"The purchaser must use the same email address to send the three (3) separate Prezzee Smart eGift Cards of $50 or more to three (3) different recipients."

When they say same email address, do they just mean same account sent to 3 different people?

      • +1 vote

I have a registered account and I sent to 3 different emails, excluding my account's email address

    •

      Confirmed received $20 this evening
They've said it'll be within 48 hours from the beginning. Promise well kept.

  •

Anyone tried Coles MC cc gift card?

    • +1 vote

It is hit and miss. Make sure you use the $250 one to stay on one card for 3 purchases. Changing cards may cause more drama.

  •

Can you send to family members who are existing Prezzee users?

    • +3 votes

Probably doesn’t matter. If I am sending gift to a friend, how would I know if he/she has Prezzee account

  •

This offer is limited to one bonus card per person, per credit card.

how do they know if paying via paypal?

  • +2 votes

What do you mean by per credit card? I used same credit card to buy 3x50

    • -3 votes

I used 3 different cards to pay, yours bonus card may be declined

    • +2 votes

umm not sure why I got nagged, just bit confused with t&c

    •

Well per person, comes before per credit card, so it means you can only do it once. You should have used 1 cc for the 3 x GCs and then created another 2 accounts to do it with the other 2 if you wanted to cheat the system.

Seems you can check our as a guest.

  •

Anyone received the bonus $20? Bought 30mins ago and still nothing. I know T&C say within 48hrs, but it’s usually instant in the past

    •

      Nothing here yet..been 10 to 15 mins…
Only issue I see with my order would be use of Apple Pay and not “credit card” else yes the bonus from prezzee are very quick.

      •

I also used Apple Pay but I don’t believe that will be a issue, as it’s still paying with a credit card. It’s not been an issue in the past when they had ‘one bonus per credit card’.

        •

Hi can you please let me know if it worked for you? Thanks

          • +1 vote

@fozzie: Still no card. But doesn’t seem like anyone else received theirs either. Will wait the 48hrs and see.

    • +1 vote

Any issuing adding the 3 'recipients' prezzee gift cards to your own wallet?
Just checking you don't need 3 other accounts

      •

That would kill the deal if you needed to make multiple accounts.

      •

You technically could add those cards back in your own wallets if you have the link and the app is logged into your own account when you open the ‘gift’

        •

Yeah the 'technically' scares me. I am hoping to find someone that has already bought and adds them all to the same account with no issues.

          • +1 vote

@knobbs: Just wait to receive the bonus then add to your account.

  •

I bought three but haven't received the $20 gift card.

    •

The bonus $20 Prezzee Smart eGift Card will be sent to the purchaser’s email address, as a separate email within 48 hours.

Can the Prezzee Smart eGC be swapped to Coles eGC?

    • +2 votes

      Yes

    • +2 votes

      Yes

      •

        Yes

  •

Do the friends and family need to register to Prezzee?

    •

No, they don't need to register to access the card. But if they want to add it to a wallet, yes they need to register

  • +3 votes

did this thread deteriorate into "how to screw this Prezzee promotion and gift it all to myself"

you're essentially just getting $20 on $150 GC purchase, not worth the legwork I think

    but that's just me

    •

And don't mess up the purchase or violate the onerous T&C.

    • +1 vote

It's Ozbargain, what did you expect? :)

      [email protected]

      • +1 vote

haha yeah. people here will trade their personal data in for $5 cashback, so..

          Let's not forget Ben and Jerry… :)

    • +2 votes

You underestimate what I would do for $20.

      • +1 vote

sometimes it's better not to know haha

    • -1 vote

It will go even further than that. Some will come here to brag about how they got 10 free cards.

  • +1 vote

does it have to be a credit card? cant be a debit card?

    •

      Either should be fine

    • +2 votes

A crebit card should be OK.

  •

Does anybody know if using Apple Pay will allow me to qualify? I want to pay via Apple Pay with zip

    •

Why not create a single use card?

      •

I wanted to use the other zip promotion lol (2% cashback tap and zip).

  •

I just purchased 2 cards and 3rd one the payment would not process. Bummer. On the phone with them. Used Amex card with the same name as account while logged in. I must say at least phone support is prompt, used to be had to email them. Anyone else having issues. They say solved and do it again in 10 min. Fingers crossed.

    • +1 vote

Nope, mine all went through no probs with a Latitude Visa.. probably Amex fraud protection kicking in

      •

        After just $100 spend?

        •

Else, could be Prezzee's payment processor, square…

      •

I know Prezzee declines or accepts prepaid cards for no reasons, which may prevent people from completing 3 trxns.

    •

Why not allow 3 cards to be purchased in one trxn and sent to different emails? I know your issue may happen, especially using a prepaid card.

  • +1 vote

Has anyone actually received the Bonus $20?

  •

Thanks. Followed all conditions. Paid with same Debit Card three times. There is no way to save the card info. Lets see when the $20 card arrives.

    •

Got my $20 bonus card 6:30pm AEST.

  •

I paid using paypal instead of credit card. Does this mean the transactions wont qualify?

    •

      I expect it will qualify

  •

Thanks OP. Only bugger is that one card couldn’t be delivered. I instantly provided a new email address responding to the message. No response yet waiting already some hours.
