  • It’s there for me, thank you OP 👍

    all I get is
    * $10 off $70 at Toys R Us
    * $30 off $100 at New Balance

I never get the good offers. Sniff.

    • Me too.

I guess those who get good offers might be keeping thousands of $$ in bank balance

I got this offer but my bank balance is $0…this is just a random target

Not to be a snob, but if we're talking Hungry Jacks I'd assume the opposite.

  • Didn't get that one but did have a $5 off $100 at coles, i'll take that!

    • $10 for $100 spend for me. Not to shabby!

This cashback will make the burgers better at Hungry Jacks

  • These are always targeted, but somehow I always seem to manage to get them…

Do we think this includes the delivery fee? Like e.g. $25 of Jackos and $5 delivery fee, or has to be $30 of Jackos plus whatever delivery fee.

    • Free delivery from HJs at the moment on Menulog

      • I still see $4.95 delivery charge on my order, how do you claim free delivery?

        • free delivery conditions: Min spend $10. Limited time only. Excludes order made between 4 - 9:30pm

  • i got 5 off 100 at coles

  • Got it too. Cheers

  • Got this. But I dotn think I have ever spent $30 in hungry jacks.. might have to make an exception today.. thx op

    • Thanks OP. Showed up is list of rewards. Now have to find a way of spending $30 at HJ's…

        2 whopper meals?

  • I got the $10 cashback when spending $100 or more at Coles and $5 cashback when spending $50 or more at Caltex Star Mart or Foodary
    plus the Amex/ Ampol offer
Might have to buy fuel gift cards coz not driving much in this lockdown anyways

No HJ/ Menulog offer for me

  • I got this HJ one but on my wife’s additional card. Wonder how it works as both our credit card numbers are same.
I got $15 off $150 spend at coles in mine, but not on my wife’s card same CC number. How would they know who did the spend and which offer applies?

Ok - I found the answer to my question and thought of sharing for anyone else who might be wondering the same.
In the commbank app rewards section, if you click on the settings cog wheel, it tells you the eligible cards. Apparently every commbank app user has a different set of eligible cards. For eg. I have the credit card in my profile, which I share with my wife but my wife has her debit card, which is different to mine. Hence we both get different offers.
I was about to order the hungry jacks using my cc (which doesn’t have this offer) but luckily thought of checking what’s different and found this.

Lesson learnt: double check eligible card in the commbank app before trying to redeem the offer.

Hope this helps some of us.

How will commbank know if you spend it at hungry jacks? Won't it just show menu log on your commbank statement? Or does the cashback work like cashrewards where the merchant approves it?

    • you pay the bill by combank debit card or cc which cashback will apply within 14 days

    • I have the same question, it only shows up as menulog on commbank's statement but not where you order from…

  • Does this card have any fees? I clicked on everything I could find on their sight and didn't see any mention of fees.

    • I get these offers on the NetBank saver account. It does have a fee of $5 per month but is waived if you deposit $2000 per month. You can withdraw immediately and as they have OSKO this is fairly painless especially if you transfer from another FI that also has OSKO.

  • Used this on the weekend and the transaction is coming up as Menulog Pty Ltd Sydney AU Aus. Not sure how CBA will know I bought HJs.

I got a credit already. Also showed the same on my statement.

      • Did you buy HJs or other restaurant?

        • HJ, didn’t want to risk. Plus HJ was running free delivery promo
