  • Rinse repeat per order

TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, and avoid browsers such as Brave.
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

If you have a missing cashback claim, tracking is not added manually. There is usually no or little response. It may take several months to be processed. You can check on the claim here.

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • You must empty your TEMU cart prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback.
  • Any orders that are made from outside Australia or that are perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie using a VPN) are ineligible for cashback. This is at the sole discretion of TEMU (not TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on the portion of orders paid with TEMU credit or vouchers.
  • New customer rates & offers are limited to one (1) cashback per member account. Customer status is determined solely by TEMU and its decision is final. TopCashback has no control over this process.

What else is essential

  • TEMU sale amount and cashback may report a lower amount than expected due to international conversion rates, fees, taxes and other factors determined by TEMU. Please note TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

      There is some tracking with Temu as per past comments. Unfortunately Temu seems to have unreliable tracking and gets the most complaints in all the cashback sites.

      I'm not a Temu customer and shop at AliExpress. AliExpress is more reliable although not as cheap as Temu. Perhaps try AliExpress.

    YMMV. I got my Temu purchase tracked on Shopback (confirmed and paid early than expected) but not TCB. Already lodged a claim as per TA's advice, will see how it goes.

          Where does it say that? The 40% cashback offer is for everyone i.e. new and existing customers. It's in the title. You will get 40% cashback. This offer isn't a new customer rate.

          When you mentioned risk, I thought you were referring to complaints of Temu not tracking or rejecting cashback. Hence I referenced the tracking tips and use TopCashback with TA's great service.

            Was referring to the big discount you normally get for the first Temu purchase (AliExpress has a similar thing). A lot of the Temu prices are jacked quite a lot, their full price amp is very misleading.

              @G-rig: The upsized new customer cashback is usually higher. As you mentioned, limited to one cashback per member account.

              TopCashback had 60% cashback for new Temu customers posted here last month.

              I'm not a Temu customer and only shop at AliExpress.

                Yes I also much prefer AliExpress, Temu seems to be minimum $50 purchase/order so screw that.
                There is the odd thing that isn't on Ali or Ebay etc. Anyway 40% isn't a bad deal, the item i was looking at getting more of has been jacked anyway since last time.

                  @G-rig: Temu seems more popular than AliExpress. Almost everyone I know (outside of OzBargain) shops at Temu with > $50 spend.

                  The minimum spend depends on your location. A$50 min spend is for QLD, TAS and NT. A$40 min spend elsewhere:

                    @trixieb: Yeah some reports say $29, was fairly sure it was $50 for me last time i checked (Metro Area).
                    Anyway it is more popular in some countries (like Thailand, as is Lazada), I mainly have used AliExpress as well due to no min order and reasonable postage ($15 choice items or more for free shipping).

                    There were a lot of reports that the Temu app had spyware so I removed it quickly. Also bs and misleading that spin to whin shit on the splash screen, forced gambling haha

    Love hate relationship with TCB Temu.

    I've never had a successful instant track like some has claimed, it seems always a 50 50 split between people who says "my orders have never missed tracking its the best!" and "my orders have never tracked and I always have to file a claim and wait 3 months". Whilst in my experience at the very end I get the track it feels like such a pain to always having to put a claim in and wait 2-3 months.

    My last order was April 8th and it did not track, waited a week so I can start the claim and from there radio silent until 26th June and it magically came in. I just wish there was better communication somehow along it, maybe just every 2-3 weeks saying there's been progress of some sort. Did I get my cashback in the end? Yes but just waiting not knowing if it will come or if I forget it really was nerve racking.

    Did it take 79 days for an office worker at temu sitting behind a desk to manually file through the claim and then sending the confirmation back to TCB to then release the funds to me? I'm genuinely curious as the cashback claim process and why they take such an amount of time.

    I'll try the method mentioned above, I hope it's the secret of all secrets to getting a successful track instantly.

      Unfortunately missing cashback claims can take several months to process. Cashback for tracked orders also take several months to be paid. That's normal for cashback as it's not instant payment.

      You would have received an email that acknowledges your claim and asks you to wait several months. There is usually no or little response during the claim process. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info e.g. a receipt. Final communication is when the cashback is paid. Otherwise it's silence while you wait as you experienced. It's a similar claim process with other cashback sites. Only difference is TopCashback does not add the tracking manually. You can check on the claim here. The retailers pay TopCashback, then they pay you.

      I'm genuinely curious as the cashback claim process and why they take such an amount of time.

    6/8 paid since sept last year. 1 pending and 1 in manual claim (my bad I quick bought added 1 item to cart after initial order).

    -On PC only (firefox)
    - I pre shop all items, copy url and price to notepad

    on "offer day":
    Open firefox, disable all extensions, close firefox, re open
    Login TCB, click TEMU link, Temu site opens
    copy paste url from notepad, add to cart
    repeat until finished, stay in same tab with each add to cart item, place order

    I'm either buying stuff I don't really need (at the discount I can afford to 'try') or need, but not in a hurry. My shop list can be up to 8 weeks old so recording the price at intial copy is useful - I got caught out early on with price rises

    (it's very robotic/surgical , with no deviation, no discount or credit applied, no looking at other items that are not on the shopping list)

            @trixieb: You don't have to add from wishlist. I just mention as most would be saving items for later. I purchase items not in my wishlist sometimes too.

    Temu requires to submit separate claim per item purchased. How do you guys go about it as it has only one purchase time slot in TCB claim page (cannot claim for second item without help from TA)?

      it will let you put multiple IDs after you choose the time I've done it before it's not that bad you just have to copy paste line by line

        @asx100 I had a similar experience when my AliExpress combined order didn't track with items from different sellers.

        I missed the multiple IDs in the same time slot and used that slot already for one item. Luckily I had other time slots. Submitted the remaining 4 items from that order by using other time slots. Also left a note in each claim that it was part of the same order. Cashback was paid for all items.

        If there is no extra discount or minimum spend to meet, it is better to do separate orders.

      Multiple orders are fine for cashback. It is better to do separate orders in case of any tracking issues or rejections (if you are not meeting a minimum spend etc).

      Click the pink button at TopCashback through to Temu website for each separate transaction.

    Hit and miss. Temu tracked on my TCB on all previous occasions until the last one. Nothing tracked and had to submit a claim, not expecting much from all the reviews so far, especially on Temu shopback as well.

      Sorry to hear. Some people have mentioned better success getting paid with their cashback claims from TopCashback than ShopBack. ShopBack rejected their claims whereas TopCashback approved.

      Lately i am buying baby related items, silicon and steel meal prep containers, garage stuff (screws, plugs, tools), custom canvas prints made from photos of past holidays/whatever images, curtains, even the odd bit of industrial styled (black and brown) furniture.

          They are fine. No idea about Spotlight. I only got sheers off Temu, but i got other custom sheers and custom blackout ones from Aliexpress as they have better options.

          The prints from Temu is a bit of a lottery but mostly OK. None got damaged. The print quality seems a bit average on the smaller dimensioned ones (15-20cmx30cm), so i wont be ordering anymore of them. One or 2 arent even square in the frame! But larger ones like 40cm-60cm are better. As im ordering quite a few i cant tell which photos was done by which seller though so kinda made it impossible for myself to work out which seller is better!! I'll be ordering another batch of bigger ones tonight though. Worst case ones i dont like can go to the parents :D

      TCB APP click through opens up in Chrome by default, at least does for me. All i can say is its worked flawlessly 20 or so orders.

            @Xizor: @McMaferMur It is recommended to use TopCashback app with mobile network/data (no Wi-Fi) and Chrome in general for all retailers.

            With Safari, turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking". Otherwise use Chrome with iOS.
