Rep, you may want to fix your site - after coupon is applied, it doesn't add the shipping cost to the total until the final payment screen
*edit - also, after cancelling my first order at paypal, I have 3 orders in my order history, 1 of which has no details, and the last of which claims to be unpaid (even though it's been paid through paypal). Got my fingers crossed it's just a website issue :D
