      Your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and the number of points you will receive after settlement must be clearly agreed on at the time of the exclusive listing and clearly stated in your LJ Hooker exclusive agency agreement for sale of your property. If no reference is included, points will not be allocated. Qantas Points will be credited to the person/s on the exclusive agency agreement.

  • Treat it as icing on the cake if you're going to sell through a LJ Hooker franchisee otherwise who would be swayed to use one of these agents if they clearly aren't the best in your local area?

  • Beware LJ Hooker especially in Point Cook and Hoppers Crossing area. Terrible agency. Selling 5%-10% below market rates. Good for the buyer but awful for the seller.

    At this point posting ANY of the sell your own sites (who allow you to list on realestate.com, domain etc via their own licence) on ozbargain for regular price beats the hell out of this nonsense.

  • I wouldn't classify this as any type of deal. LJ Hooker marketing dept needs a clean out!

  • Not a deal, 5-30k selling fee and only gets you 20k points. A credit card might cost you nothing to get and use and you can get points deals up to 150k. Should be 200k+ points considering the selling fee.

    Not sure why there are so many negs. If you’re going to sell with them anyway, why not pocket the 20k? If it’s such a horrendous deal, don’t accept the points.
