        I told them I have 2 phones that I want unlocked and I gave them the IMEI and they gave me the unlock codes

    Hey guys question. I received my realme c3 and tried my vodafone sim and it works. So the phone is not locked to optus? Cheers!

      They definitely are, yours might be on an older firmware. I would avoid updating that one!

    Great thanks really clear instructions and now got it network unlocked and also dual sim with the XDA process.
