It sounds like more than just delays with this company. Other sellers like PLE don't get negged for simply being late
i had to nag PLE to give me a refund too.. until i told them im gonna talk about this on a public forum.. then all was smooth.
so i think it was just hard times. and like i said, those who had good experience wont talk about it on these forums. I didnt have any issues with them. they even game be the price difference back when the model was updated and the price was lower. without me even asking them.

@samsal46: I simply can't believe what you said. I ordered something from PLE and cancelled it 3 months later because no stock available. Almost immediate refund.

Actually for me, its the fact they wont give an ETA on "in stock" items and when you ask to cancel they hit you with a 15% fee as YOU were the one that wanted to cancel rather than be on a never ending waitlist for an "in stock" item.
I looked at 8 GPUs before I found one in stock, including the linked model. Does not look promising.
Rossman needs to be banned. I bought a 3070 from them a while back and they said 4 weeks. 7 weeks later still nothing. They don't even bother sending a follow up email.
They only allow you to cancel after 6 weeks or you'll get hit with an admin fee. Seriously? Admin fee? Sure I understand if you're sourcing specialty customised stock and would get charged by the vendor if someone cancels. But for high demand products that will literally sell immediately there is no reason to charge an admin fee.
I ended up initiating a refund through paypal - can't imagine how long it'd take if i had paid directly on their website.
They still have the audacity to spam me with emails on more expensive cards as they came in stock.
Where is the link to nominate them for an OzBargain shonky awards?

Do not order when it is set as 'Call Us'. They will take your money, won't supply you the card, then hit you up for an administration fee for a refund.
This needs to be emphasised when people try to post these as "deals".
Clearly no stock if they can't post availability.
Dual fan 3080… I feel like that's not gonna end very well.
Edit: According to this thread the card is a bit of a gamble. For some it's cool others not so much.

suckest seller ever. I have placed an order of RTX 3080 from Rosman Computer last year. They refused to ship the card even right now just only becasue I paid MRRP in that time. However for the people who ordered the card by paying double the MRRP, they will ship out immediately as soon as they can. BULLSHIT SELLER. NEVER SPEND A CENT ON THEM.
