      Just don't pick them up if it's click and collect. They'll eventually cancel and refund.

        Thanks! That’s what I did.

        Called support and the guy I spoke to was willing to email back office to cancel the order and to inform Auspost to mark the package as return to sender so it doesn’t get sent out to me. In the meantime, had put through a new order tonight.

    I tried to return an item that I bought last week. Was sealed an in original packaging. A Switch gaming console. They denied return sighting store is closed and can be returned once the stores reopen. Sad that they allow C&C but no returns for valid things.

        I'm in Syd, thats why all the drama… They have however confirmed that once the store opens, one will have 90 days to return any products that were bought during the shutdown period.

    Jeez bigw are terrible, had so many issues C&C and I recently decided to try their free delivery option.

    It was despatched on 26th July, and been sitting with their courier Toll since the 27th. They're looking into it for me supposedly…

      No. BIG W does not sell any gift cards on their website, which is why it is not even listed as an exclusion in the T&Cs.

      If you search for gift cards on the BIG W website, you will actually be redirected to the Woolworths Group gift card website (which is a different website to the BIG W website).
