        I'm thinking this must be a Newcastle thing, I tried a few stores in Sydney and they all told me that I can't buy gift cards in-store since it's not "essential" shopping.

        Oh well, I already grabbed enough during the woolies promotion, would of liked to buy a few hundred more but can't get too greedy lol.

      Probably a store in Newcastle. There are only a couple from what I recall.

      I went to Big W Jesmond, but Big W Charlestown also told me they will let you buy gift cards in-store.

      I do not know if they accept cash; I used credit card.

  Deals useless since Big W won't let you Click and Collect or even go into the store to purchase the gift cards.
