            When I queried my missing cashback, the response I got from the Shopback Rep 'gotyourback' was:

            "I personally can't assist with investigating Missing Cashback".

              • @gotyourback: Yes Bob81, I received the same reply. I've submitted a missing cashback claim with my Doordash Order Id . Hopefully the claim should be successful.

                • @jammy2: Cashback claim is currently showing as pending, the amount is showing as calculating and available by 5th November.

                    Thanks for responding to my initial query. My cashback now showing as pending but only for $1 and not $20. The order was made using a new account and this is my first order with Doordash. Could you please look into it for me again. Thanks so much, I've sent through a DM.

        My cashback got manually validated, however they've only credited $1 as pending cashback and not $20. Not only was it my first Doordash order, but no one at my address has ever used Doordash before and I didn't have a DD account at all prior to clicking through from Shopback. Trash.

        • Same thing here, asked the support team to look into it again and they tell me it could take another 14 days. It appears i am spending more time reaching to them now a days. One of the untracked purchased i can't be bother reaching out. Stark difference of exp between CR & SB I must say….

      • @Rep, do you know if paying via DD credit is eligible for cashback. I had the same issue last week, it hasn't tracked either….

        • DD credit is eligible for Cashback.
          We've been notified about a backlog of order confirmations that were stuck on the network side of things.
          Our team has pushed these through, and they should appear in your accounts over the next day/two.

          If you don't see the Cashback tracking in your account by Wednesday morning, could you kindly send me a DM so I can look into this for you?
