        Referral registration offer currently is: $15 off first three $20+ order, which makes the cashback deal not so appealing. Someone can make three orders with total value of $65 and save $45. Cashback offer is only better for one time off order.

          I guess it depends on personal circumstances, with food you can easily spend over 40 for a decent meal and family size. Although this deal there is no min spend, so you could save more by spending less, and still get 20 cashback. So if you plan to order a lot of take away referral is better, if you do one small take away, you will get free food and some extra cashback, this deal is better.

      I think so, I realised SB gives cashback for DoorDash after ordering a few times and still managed to get the new user $10 cashback confirmed (pending not paid out though).

          When I ordered a week/two ago it took 3 hours to track.
          We ask customers to wait up to 48 hours in case of any tracking delays though.

          Morning smy, the T&C's of the coupon say "Maximum discount value of $20".
          This means that across both orders you'll get a maximum of $20 off combined ($10 each order).

          However, I've asked our team to update the T&C's for this coupon to explain the discount a little better.

            The max $10 discount per order isn’t specified on DD website either.

            So it seems like it could be interpreted that if you have used up the maximum discount of $20 for the first order, then there will be nothing in the second?

            I could be wrong though.

      We aren't 100% sure if accounts that have been referred by someone will be eligible for Cashback, it just depends on how DoorDash reports that account order back to our system.
      But definitely don't use any codes/promos that aren't approved on our page as they are likely to invalidate cashback.

        I personally don't know if this is possible, you might have luck asking their Customer Support team, although they might not be aware of us as a Cashback partner.
        My suggestion to you is: use our DoorDash Gift Cards as they're guaranteed 13% cashback.

        Then try your luck placing an order without using the referral bonus, if you can then all is well.
        If you can't remove the referral bonus, at least you got that discount + the Gift Card discount :)

      Technically, yes you would be a New Customer on the DD system.
      But I'm not sure what kind of anti-fraud measures they use as a business (creating multiple accounts to take advantage of signup bonuses can be seen as fraudulent in some cases).
      So I can't guarantee that this will work out in the end, as they may not honour that cashback.

      Your best bet is to buy some of the DoorDash Gift Cards we have on our App, as it's guaranteed 13% Cashback.

      Yeah you're pretty much spot on.
      You'll pay $40 today, but once the Cashback is Approved & withdrawn, you've technically only spent $20 on that order.

    I am new to door dash. Tried to use the $20 cashback promo and use the 50% promo for the new user but the 50% promo does not work. Apparently keep saying I am an existing user. Contacted the DD support. They couldn't help me either.

      Yes, you can use our Gift Cards and qualify for the Cashback.

      My only concern is that your account is already being tagged as an "Existing Customer" on DoorDash's end.
      This might cause your Cashback to be reported back to our system at an Existing Customer rate of $1.

      Maybe if you could get DoorDash to confirm your account status before you order, it'll help give you an idea of what rate you'll receive.
      You can always get family/loved ones to sign up to DoorDash & ShopBack to take advantage of the offer on your behalf?
