    Hardly healthy….

    Way too much sodium…

I'm finally with JV for once lol..

Grill'd "health" burger is so misleading, frankly speaking I don't know how they get away with it.

        ACCC?

I'm finally with sauce2k for once lol..

This is basically a KFC twister repackaged as "healthy". Not just the sodium, but the amount of canola oil and refined wheat flour. 1400kj isn't bad for a meal, but at only 126g this barely constitutes a snack.

        • I love KFC Twisters so if this is like that I'm certainly grabbing the freebie, worry about the medical bill later 😂

      • They're fried in extra virgin olive oil, which is a better choice than most other refined, polyunsaturated vegetable oils that oxidise faster. Nevertheless it's just a matter of time, after several hours in a deepfryer it will be very degraded regardless and not exactly healthy.

Sodium doesn't seem to be a big problem in this decade, if you want to know why junk food is unhealthy it can usually be explained by either the sugar or deepfryer oils.
