Had a quick look on Microsoft eBay for some gaming related deals. Decent prices for the new X-Series wireless controllers. The rest of the deals are kind of meh, the 1TB Seagate NVME storage card is currently going for $296.65, which isn't a good deal per gigabyte of storage, but is your only way of upgrading the storage on the 500GB Series S console.

Does this come with wireless support for WIn10/11?

Yes. All Microsoft wireless game controllers will work with Windows out of the box with no driver installation required, but you will need Bluetooth adapter on your PC.

is the bundled wireless dongle lower latency

The dongle also transmit the audio to the controller, I don't think it's possible without the dongle

Not really worth getting the 1TB expansion card at that price, especially with the looming possibility of CFExpress to M.2 Adapters working with a potentially small pool of NVMe drives.

my friend have one, it still not stable. not recommend to get it right now.

What drive are they using right now?

WD ch sn530. That is the only one can use at the moment, but still have some issues, like quit the game with no reason. But much cheaper.
