• This challenge entitles you to $15 bonus cashback when you spend $110 or more in a single transaction (inclusive of GST, exclusive of delivery & all other fees) at Catch.com.au through ShopBack between 14th September 2021 12.00am AEST and 1st December 2021 11.59pm AEDT.
• Only purchases made after you 'Start' this challenge will qualify for the bonus cashback.
• Limited to one bonus per customer.
• Available while redemptions last.
• The $15 bonus cashback is in addition to the regular cashback you'll receive shopping at Catch.com.au.
• The $15 bonus will be added to your account once your regular cashback turns Confirmed.
• Purchases that do not count towards this challenge are those in which do not meet the store's respective terms and conditions (including but not limited to cancellations, returns, exchanges, using unapproved coupons, purchasing excluded products/categories).
• Cashback will be voided if any fraudulent activities are detected or if any terms and conditions are not met.
• ShopBack reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions, and terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

Qualifying requirements for referee: 1. Made a minimum $20 online purchase (below exclusions apply), 2. Received a minimum $10 confirmed cashback online, 3. Added banking details to account.

Users will need to fulfil the referral criteria within 180 days from referee's sign-up date to unlock cashback.

      • Nah, like I said, CatchConnect SIM deal is not eligible. It used to be, but no longer the case since this year, iirc.

    613 claimed already, probably gonna be none left by 6pm for the larger cashback :(

    Made sure there was still some available when I purchased at 6pm. I've got my transaction tracked in shopback, but no acknowledgement regarding this bonus. Its also still showing at 616 available which doesn't seem right. Hope everyone who put in a transaction still gets this.

      Same. Won’t be happy if it doesn’t come through.

      Very dodgy, there were plenty of spots available when i did my transaction!!!!

        I’m in the same boat. When I did my purchase I checked, it said only 615 claimed, i took a screen shot. I completed my purchase I saw it move to 616.

        And today when I look I get the same message as you.

        I’ll msg GYB and hope to get a response, he’s pretty good at helping.

        I mentioned this on the other deal that was posted by the rep (about this one, because this wasn't posted by a rep). I was lucky and got it, it said 934 when it finally completed, I hit the button to place the order when it turned 6, but they could have gotten out of order when being tracked. I knew this would happen to people though. It's not right to do the cashback like that if it's not tracked and updated efficiently.

            @knight321: I just want to say, GYB has fixed me up.

            I don’t believe there is any intention to misled, and GYB always fixes these problems.

            • @cloudy: It's good they've fixed it and I don't think they intentionally misled, but I don't think it was a well designed promotion, because the system can't handle it. Hopefully they'll fix it for everyone who ordered last night. Even this morning it wasn't showing as fully claimed.

    So annoying, I spent hours planning my shop around this and one other coupon, it was valid when I went to shop, added them all in my cart, and now it’s invalid 😐… definitely won’t plan around a ShopBack coupon ever again … wouldn’t have bought what I bought ugh..

  • This was such a massive disappointment - with what should have been two stacked discounts. Firstly, the prices I was watching got jacked by more than 20% for exactly the 24hrs of the sale. Secondly, this.

    Had never had any issue with SB until now. Did not buy a thing; walked a way with a bad taste.

  • Negative revoked. Spoke to the rep and the situation was rectified.

  • Spoke to rep and all sorted so my neg also revoked. Wasn't the best led promotion in terms of slow update but seems like the customer support is actually pretty decent :)
