easter show games = never win games

    • +5

the only way to win is not to play

    • Do you have to pay extra to play? Or is it included in the ticket entrance fee?

      • +1

all rides and games are extra at the Show. And they are not cheap!

If these tickets can be printed out, how are they use when u arrive at the show? so u just scan them on the machine and in as u go? In Tgat case, just buy cheaper ones " conssesion" then u would be saving more than 25% :)

add $2 per ticket for account procesing fee comes to $29 per ticket not including delivery

    • how much is the delivery?

  • How long does the pre-sale last for?

nvm, I'm blind… completely missed it at the top of the page…

  • I can't believe how crappy and buggy that website is . just wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to book the damn things….

I had an account with foxtix, and everytime I tried to update my address it didn't update it or it did and then dropped my cart order then reset like nothing ever happened…

I had to create a whole new bloody account to buy the bloody things !!

just found out the tickets u buy are used to scan through the entrance machines as they dont check anyways, like the city rail machines, buy consession or child you can get away with it, so theres no need to buy full adult and save a whooping 35%!

    • Until someone checks your concession at the gate or on public transport = hello potential fine from State Transit. The concessions use the same criteria as standard public transport concession eligibilities. From the Ticket FAQ: "A concession ticket is for any full-time tertiary students in possession of Student Identification Cards with Student Transport Identifiers; Pensioners in possession of Pensioner Concession Cards from all States or Territories of Australia; Retired Senior Citizens in possession of NSW Senior Citizen Cards; War Widow/ers in possession of War Widow/ers Transport Concession Cards (Form TC1). It does not include international students studying in Australia. Note: Concession Fares are not available for persons holding other Half Fare Entitlements Cards. See Transport for NSW for clarification."

  • Does anyone have any experience buying the Person With Disability ticket? If I read that right, if you have a Pensioner Concession Card (DSP) you can get the cheaper price? (I'm assuming that's what they mean by "The Disability Pension Card"). It also says one complimentary Adult Showlink ticket will be issued for accompanying carer - is that only if you have a Companion Card or similar to prove the person is your carer/you need a carer or is it for anyone on a PWD ticket?

    • Last year my sister with a disability took my mother as her carer and she doesn't have a companion card. She also doesn't look like she needs a carer and didn't need to explain why she needed a carer.

  • Been doing it for years, Andl I'm driving.. And they never check the tickets as u scan past the entrance for the shows gate.. And there's always only 1-2 ppl sitting on both sides of the of the gates" 10" gates" in total.. They only check when u scan and have a problem.

  • How does one purchase tickets and get them posted? I'm getting an error atm.

These codes have expired as the pre-sale has ended.

    • Luckily I remembered to purchase my tickets yesterday before the pre-sale ended

    • You sure? Code still works just when i got and select post tickets to me it fail.s

  • Wow its actually cheaper to buy your tickets from the train station for $36 adult. They charge a $2 fee to buy the tickets online, not to mention the annoying part of having to bring a printed ticket and ask the person at the gate to let you through.
