  I've had one for a couple of years and it's my go to over mortein.
  It has never jammed.
  The laser is useless.
  You have to be closer than no more than a metre away to actually kill the flies.
  It really just uses a pinch of salt so unless you go the scatter gun approach you don't really notice the salt on the ground.

    So do they die because the salt particles hit them at blunt force, or the salt is corrosive?

      Blunt force kills/stuns the flys.

      If you get the right angle and you're close enough, you can shred their wings/legs incapacitating them

  Oki, it came today.. spend a good hour around the back yard shooting at everything that moves, have to go inside because it getting dark. Worth every penny! Feel like a blardy kid again (remember those grape gun in the 80s?). The laser is not 100% accurate but you learn to know where to aim (in my case it below the salt patern). without it you have no idea where you are pointing at, if aiming through the site you miss out seeing the insect get knock out and fall over. For those who comment about killings plants, i am not sure how much salt it take to kill a plant but imagine 1 tea spoon divide it by 40 that how small each shot is, but i stay away from my fav plant nevertheless.

      Thanks, just saw with the two hex key thing LOL but no set grove to click it in barrel so hard to insert it same position again
