What you get

Charged per KB. Your data of 240GB will be available from day one once your SIM is activated

Unlimited standard national talk & text

Unlimited calls to standard national numbers, 13/1300 numbers and unlimited standard national SMS and MMS.

Plan Expiry: 365 days

Ongoing recharges are $150 for 120GB every 365 days

Automatic recharges at $150 unless you opt out. Auto-recharge can be turned off in your dashboard after activation. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.

How to purchase and activate your plan

Add the Catch Connect Prepaid plan to your cart and complete check out.
You will receive your Catch Connect welcome email within 3 business days of you completing your catch.com.au cart.
Your SIM card will be dispatched to your delivery address within a few days.
Once your SIM has arrived, follow the instructions on the welcome letter to start setting up your Catch Connect account.
Terms and conditions

  • I am currently with Catch and all my family. They are very good in Sydney, never had a problem. Btw would anyone know if a sim with 120gb bought previously would qualify for 250gb if activated during this bonus period? Thanks

    Do people know what makes a "new customer" for catch connect anyway?

      I would ask any questions using using the live chat option on the catchconnect website - it's a blue tab on right hand side of page.

    • New customers mean you are not using Catch connect. New service mean existed customer(want to use addition sim) or new customer.

      If the offer said New customers only it means you cannot activate under your name if you already an existed customer.

      This is what I know from Kogan mobile. Correct me if I'm wrong.

        I just activated my 2nd sim with Catch on 1/10 and got the double data. Don't know if they changed or not.

    confused as well, if i order today, does that mean the deal applies as long its 30 days from purchase date?

    edit: Ok i asked catch, promotion ends today
    and we have 30 days from today MAX, regardless when the sim comes. hope this helps.

      People have posted in catchconnect threads in the past about receiving sims without their order ever being updated, so we'll see.

      I'll post here when I get it.

    11/10/2021 - Still waiting for my SIM.

    It's been two weeks.

    • I'd be following up with customer service as you only have 30 days from purchase to activate.

      • I know. I will be contacting customer service to send out a replacement SIM if the original does not arrive in 2 more days.

          13/10/2021 - No tracking or any sign of the SIM.

  • I regret buying this deal. It has taken 5 days to port over - old service got disconnected during the initial porting over process. Finally got connected, but now I can't send/recieve text messages and have no mobile internet. Support is no help at all.

        15/10/2021 Ported from Optus Postpaid. Took 5 minutes.

        Extra data showed straight away.

        • Ported from vodafone postpaid last night (request lodged 10pm) when I woke up this morning new Catch service all up and running with 243GB data.

          It might be my imagination but speed feels slightly faster than when I was on vodafone's network.

          • @wavesgreen: Not my imagination, I just checked and the nearest Optus tower is located almost half the distance and with less obstruction compared to the vodafone one. Win for me I guess.
