Reviews turned me off this board, coil whine might be a major issue.
Can you link the review that said coil whine is an issue on the itx version?
Correct. I have the Z490i and it suffers from TERRIBLE coil whine. Although there is a simple fix. Just disable C States in the BIOS and it fixes it. Plenty of other threads + users doing the same thing to address the coil whine.
I got the z490i as well, never notice it, but then I overclock and i normally turn off c-state
I have a Z390 Aorus Elite and it's garbage.
Wont be buying Gigabyte mobos again. Coil whine on that too
hmmm… alot of the gigabyte Z590, have issues, with the powerplane overheating… terrible design…
Pretty much all the full sized Gigabyte Z590 motherboard, have this issue..
I wonder, if the itx version is okay, or not..
Z590I is awefully cheap for what is meant to be a decent Z590 itx motherboard..
