Used to be a cafe on level 3 of the turret that you could walk down to from the level 4 observation deck. No idea what's there nowadays.

You'll probably suffer hearing loss if you endure the included "4D cinema experience" more than once. The way it's set up, everyone gets funneled into the theatre before they can go up the lifts to the turret, so if you want to avoid it, be prepared to be lone dissenters and not be wooed by disarmingly cute and bubbly attendants.

Stereoscopic image ("3D") plus time lapse, I imagine. That's what all the "4D" shows at amusement parks do (like the dinosaur ones).

been there 5times last year. include work visit or voucher free visit or $7 ticket from jumponit. 4D experience to me is crappy whole thing lenght last than 6mins. u also feel nothing after go there for more than 3times. $25 for full year visit is not good deal to me
A good deal if you make sure to repeat visit - you could start a tour guide business with this deal :)
