threaten to go to consumer affairs with a complaint, i think it's article 35 you need to quote. these devices should last atleast 2 to 3 years.

      • I was refused an Apple warranty on the same basis where my iPhone started to have Bluetooth issues and the device was slightly over two years. Apple store manager was emphatic but said you can flight consumer complaints but am not sure if it is going to work because Bluetooth is not really a primary function. In the end, I traded in the phone.

        • thats where buying a phone on a 3 year plan is best since they have to give you warranty for the length of the plan, otherwise you can really only argue for 2 years
