My 10 plus year old Razer blackwidow ultimate just died, so need a replacement.
I was considering this, but has alot of poor reviews.
What died? Fixable?
Its not worth the effort, the glossy plastic starts to crack and small pieces chip off also the keys actuation force loses its springiness. I would say 10 years is their max lifespan. Considering they have 12 months warranty it was a good run. Before that i had a razer lycosa which itself lasted about 7 years. They dont make em like that anymore.
Might want to include that they are green switches in the description
It’s an awesome keyboard with great switches. In 2021 some people are still irrationally opposed to anything but Cherry switches, which is insane.
I oppose Cherry switches, especially browns. They aren't the best switches and are nowhere nearly as tactile as other switches. They feel linear compared to others lol.
Mate 2020 and 2021 have all been about the customs. It's one deep and expensive rabbit hole

What's a good compact mechanical wireless keyboard for gaming? Are the Keychron ones all Bluetooth? Guessing that makes them too slow
