    Is the CPU/GPU sufficient for full 1080p 10bit MKV?

      I had to call OLC several times for the last deal to get my system despatched. Eventually I escalated to the OLC rep on here and he sorted things. However it still arrived with a different m/b and no HDMI out.

      Just be aware you may need to work for this deal :)
      EDIT I see the rep has apologised since my post and made an offer.

    This company doesnt know anything about customer satisfaction!! My order only arrived monday - that's 3 weeks after i ordered and paid. 3 weeks!!! I have to go and pick it up from the courier still, so can't comment on the no keyboard/mouse/speaker issue. i also sent an emailand NEVER received a reply. If you buy a computer from these guys it better be really cheap to make up for the poor customer service.

    I choose to neg you. My reasons are the following.

    1. You don't respond to emails once you have my money.
    2. You don't ship the correct orders (community feedback)
    3. You take weeks to ship orders without any reason

    How do I know - I ordered your last deal on the 27th Feb and it still hasn't shipped. Despite the fact you posted well after I ordered that you "still had 12 in stock". Don't get me wrong , it isn't about how long it has taken (although it is starting to bug me) it is the fact you ignore my mail, you dont communicate at all which is a concern when you have my hard earned cash. Now I bet you will say email you but to what end? You haven't replied to the first 3 emails I have sent you.

    Please take this into consideration when voting this deal up.

      So why don't you clear the back orders before you come back and ask for more. Or did you miss the fact I still don't have my computer which was ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. And besides, as I stated you were still telling people you had stock after I ordered. If you did have the stock wouldn't it just be a case of getting a courier to pick up and deliver to me.So what is the story OLC?

      And for those of you still questioning the details I refer you to the end of the last OLC deal.

      I don't think the disgruntled buyers are worried you didn't reply IMMEDIATELY, they are talking about AT ALL!! If you're unable to read that from their comments here, I can see why you haven't replied to their emails from weeks ago too! No one needs an immediate email but some sort of genuine non automated one would be nice esp when you have their $$$. Just poor form.

      Don't advertise deals that you can't back up with the actual orders then. Employ some temps to get you through the busy period.

    Bought a Dell Vostro recently with very similar spec for $399 inc kb & mouse. On paper, only difference being the CPU (Intel i3 2nd Gen). But mine comes with HDMI, MM Card reader.
