How to Redeem
• Redeem your voucher by 22 Nov 2021 (11.59.59pm AEDT)
• Must activate your service by 30 Nov 2021. The SIM card itself is able to be activated after that date. However, it must be activated within 365 days of purchase (merchant cannot guarantee that it will work after this time)
• Purchase your Kogan Mobile offer (includes SIM) on the Groupon website (you will be issued with 2 codes: 1 for SIM order and 1 for the plan activation)

Order your SIM Card
• Redeem online: https://www.kogan.com/account/dashboard/account/evoucher/red… if you don't have a Kogan account, it will ask you to create one, if you do then it will continue
1. Enter your SIM code (the first code found within the voucher code field of your Groupon voucher) and click redeem (under eVoucher Code)
2. Go to: https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-mobile-sim-prepaid-starte…
3. Add to cart and go to check out
4. At check out, put in your address details, it will have the payment option "You have $2 Account credit Available", click on "Apply"
5. Starter Packs (SIM cards) will be delivered by Australia Post. Please allow 5-10 business days from the date of order to receive SIM delivery

Activate your SIM Card Plan
Once your SIM arrives
1. Visit the Kogan Activation Centre at: https://www.koganmobile.com.au/, ​click on Activate SIM
2. Follow the prompts entering your plan activation code (the second code found within the voucher code field of your Groupon voucher)
3. Once done, you will then be able to activate your SIM card - simply continue following the steps on the Kogan website

      can confirm it work for existing customer. My plan just expired this morning, I just brought one and activated it, everything seems fine. and yes I am with kogan previously. I have always been using these one year plan.

      Telstra's the only network where there's a diff with reseller coverage.

      With Vodafone, you get VoLTE aka 4G phone calls. If you have good 4G and poor 3G, worth knowing….

      No VoLTE with Kogan.

    what does one do if you run out of data before the end of the time period?

    can one simply just load another voucher in?

    i had look at the data add-on and they all seem to be have expiry periods
