Terms and conditions

      Yes that what it seems. Also to note Voucher code can be used for delivery order only (no pickup)

    For once i didnt get this targeted stuff about delivery companies. I never spend a single cent on them (nor even bother clicking on them).

    This deal seems misleading.

    I think you need to order delivery to get the voucher however "How to play" only says

    Place an order at Menulog via ShopBack

    It probably should say

    Place a delivery order at Menulog via ShopBack

      Sorry that you found the deal misleading. Yes it should have said “Place a delivery order at Menulog via ShopBack” on how to play section in the shopback app but I have simply copy pasted “How to play” and “Terms and conditions” from Shopback.

      So that people are not mislead from the hidden T&C, I have included delivery order only in title and in bold text in the description.

    *First 1500 ppl to start and win the challenge. So I started this challenge hours ago however only just placed our order. Does that mean I have qualified or only if I was in the first 1500 to actually order?

      The "win the challenge" part means you need to be the first 1500 to have their Shopback cashback tracked successfully for the Menulog order.

      From my own experience, I have found Shopback tends to track orders paid with Paypal faster than those paid using credit card.

    I ordered morning of offer, purchase was tracked around 10.30am, still pending no voucher. I thought we were supposed to get voucher within 48 hours of ordering?

    I clicked through shopback and went to order but decided not to.

    The order was tracked and I have received my $15 menulog voucher code.

    I have triple checked the menulog app and my bank and the order was never processed.

    Thank you menulog/shopback for the free $15 haha
