    I have two from 22Oct and two from 24Oct, claimed two bags today.

    One from 22Oct didn't work, so may be nothing to do with the database needs time to update.

    The two that worked the code are 983807 200xxxxx, the one that didn't work is 983807 201xxxxx.

    In that case seem to me code with 200xxxxx is OK but 201xxxxx not good.

    Please check your code to see if that is the case.

    I had the same issue as everyone else. 'Coupon Not Found' when I tried to scan. Was told tough luck at Woolies. I then messaged McCain via Facebook and they first said to verify I was only trying to redeem for the Extra Crispy and that I was in a Woolworths store. I directed them to this forum to let them know that it wasn't just me! Will be interesting to see how they respond to all of this. I know it's only a free bag of chips but when promotions are implemented poorly then it doesn't make them look good.

    Mine didn't work either. Was trying to self-checkout for 5 minutes, and it just wouldn't work. Even the person at the checkout couldn't help me. Pretty annoying, ended up paying for the chips.

    Maybe the codes are unique but sequential, and someone has generated a few extra barcodes (using a simple barcode generator), and has already redeemed them. Therefore when we go to redeem them instore, they are coming up invalid (already used)?
