Usual & easy process with prepaid is to turn off auto-recharge. Forgot to do that once, contacted the service & convinced them to refund the next month of prepaid.

does this include a Samsung Flip Z or 21 Ultra 512 GB Samsung?

    • +1

Didn't see that on the page but I know you can include an Samsung 65" 4K TV for $10/month

      • No buy, 65 inch is too big for a phone In My Humble Onion.

  • I had a chat with them. There is no such deal. Not sure if it will be honored.

    • Not that unusual for customer service centres selling full price plans, not to know latest online discount offering.

Likely only offered online. Requires entering code for discounted price, otherwise full price.

      • +1

T&C does not have this deal. 100GBOFFER deal was for 100GB plan which expired in July. Current promos are:
        a. Used promo code BIGGERTHRILLS30 on the Circles.Life 30GB Monthly Plan: $5 waiver per month for first
        full 3 months
        b. Used promo code BIGGERTHRILLS100 on the Circles.Life 100GB Monthly Plan: $10 waiver per month for
        first full 6 months
        c. Used promo code BIGGERTHRILLS160 on the Circles.Life 160GB Monthly Plan: $10 waiver per month for
        first full 6 months

        • What I've noticed in using Circles for over 2 years…
t&c are specific for each offer.
          Codes might be reused.

Have you entered code to see if you get the reduced price?

        • They said the same thing for the previous 48GB $8 deal. People still using it normally.

  • Some good features/positives is the data boost (if you run out) is $10/3GB, most others are just 1Gb and the Price match promise, which is new, not sure how well this would worked thou.
And now with VoLTE / VoWIFI too.

The big question is how soon they will offer voicemail.

I think this or similar promos from Circles is best used as a 2nd plan/extra data or low use like this deal, and keep your main/important number with another provider?, that way less stress with any issues IF they come up. A few others have said this too.

That's why I signed up with Moose awhile ago for my main number/phone, before signing up with Iinet's $15/40Gb.

    • +1

      Voicemail still on the way

It's very strange that they don't offer voicemail from the beginning.

      • Thanks for that.

    • +2

G'day @OrbDaggerZ, we're looking forward to bringing on voicemail real soon ;)

      • How many plans can be used with 1 account/user with Circles?
So this plan along with my $16/60Gb that's about to be activated?

      • +1

        Hi,

What about eSIM? Are you planning to launch soon?

      • +2

Your promo lasted about 6 hours. Useless

  • Anyone know how many accounts/plans can be used with Circles?
I keep forgetting to check up on this.

Might be worth getting this deal too, along with the $16/60Gb that's ready to be activated, if a 2nd account can be done.
So $20 for 95Gb, pretty good I think.

  • Thanks OP, just successfully signed up.

Looks like 100GBOFFER is expired. Doesn’t work for me

    • Same here, tried about 15 minutes ago.

Hey @chess0, unfortunately that promo is expired. However, we are also currently running a 100GB for $35/month promo with the code BIGGERTHRILLS100 if you're still keen on getting a Circles.Life plan :)

      • +3

You were advertising 100gb for $28 not long ago.. $35 is barely a promo

this store should be banned on ozbargain. we are also a former innocent $1/month deal scammed by them in $40 plus bill and credit file on my plan. absolute no trustworthy also on their customer service people

no worst as*hole telecommunication company than circle life you get

  • +4

Please please don't use these guys worst provider I've ever dealt with by far. I bought one of their plans to try it for a month then decided to go with someone else, three months later they tell me I owe them $100 for the past three months of service.

I told them that was a load of bullshit I bought a prepaid voucher at Woolies there was no credit check or contract at signup absolutely nothing to indicate it was a post paid service. They insisted I need to pay them and I told them to (profanity) off, almost a year later they're still sending me emails telling me they'll send debt collectors after me and I need to pay or it'll impact my credit score.

Extremely sketchy company, horrible experience stay as far from these guys as possible.

  • Can't see any $10 plan, cheapest on website is $25 per month which after $6 off comes to $19/ month

    • +1

Click my link and you’ll see.

      • Yes found it, thanks

  • credit check? meh no way

    • Don't all post paid providers need this check?, not trying to be smart, just have experience with Prepaid.

      • +3

These guys do a hard credit check. It actually shows up on your file. Where as with Telstra it doesn't show up.

        • Thanks, I didn't know this.

          • @OrbDaggerZ: whats the problem if you dont have a good credit history?

            • @schwifty: Just curious with kehuehue comment.

Sadly my credit history is not perfect.

I've signed up twice with Circles and had no issues doing so.

              • +1

@OrbDaggerZ: credit check and if it fails, it lowers your credit rating. happened with credit cards, gonna avoid them now (even though these guys might not to credit checks for 6k)

        • +1

          What about Optus or Voda?

  • +2

I would recommend stay away from “circles of life” based on my experience

  • +1

At $4 a month for 35gb - pretty hard to pass up. Thanks OP!

  • I've posted out and waiting for it to go through. Can't get the deal as number still with circles. No doubt the deal is pulled once tranx complete

  • +1

    50GBOFFER has expired?

Oh I have to port out? What deals are there for existing customers? I'm on an ancient $28 for 20GB deal currently. Never use over 6GB.

  • Beware. This is the new Buzztelco. Fine if it works. Totally fu##ed if things go wrong.

You get what you pay for……

    • New? Its been in Deals here for years.
I've used it many times over last 3 years without a problem.

You get what you pay for……
Got far more value than I paid for!!

  • +1

    Fun's over, guys.

    • +2

The fun will begin again when the bill comes through!

      • Only for those who don’t know about postpaid.

  • Credit check for $4? nah…

  • Dump question, are the allowances quoted, 35gb and 5gb respectively, per month or per year?

    Thx

    • +1

      Per month

  • Over already, bloody hell, I was thinking of signing up as a 2nd plan. <insert annoyed emoji here>.
    Shortest promo I've seen.

Please do this deal again and/or the $8/48Gb.

  • +2

Sim arrived today. Ported over in less than an hour.
    Winning
