    Not for cache drive, these have horrendous endurance. Grab a Firecuda 510 for NAS if you need M.2 cache drive.

        Not ideal as a NAS cache drive though, if it were a data drive to support games or something, sure… but cache where it's constantly being written to / read from and refreshed, big no from me.

      Yep, SMR applies to HDD's only.
      But the reviewer does raise a valid point that the speed is on the lower end of NVMe SSD's.
      Still better than a HDD though.

    3 years is typical for QLC SSD.
