      My only assumption is that this must be the shape of Californian and Chinese people since apple is apparently designed in California and these in China.

            If you have peculiar ears, its up to you to get your custom eartips shaped (most audiologists do it); its not up to a company to design a product for the odd one out.

          You can put a silicon cover on it to make it a bit less slippery. Makes it a bit harder to fit in the case but it does fit.

          If you want them to loosen less during exercise, you can grab silicone covers, or the cheap 2c foam covers.

        There is a sensor in these to identify if you are Chinese or not. If not, they start hurting your ears.

Maybe your ear needs some time to suit the earbuds, how about you try to wear it for some time to chack again?

        Got your true air2 in dec last year, use them for work to do calls and love them. Sturdy and comfortable, battery still hold well .

        Thanks @spcoker, While I can't expect ear buds to fit everyone but something needs to be said for companies designing crappy fit for some customers without any thought as to whether they fit or not. Essentially these cannot be bought without trying them on first; kinds like shoes.

          If you think the earbuds has a quality issue, you can find us and we will apply a new one for you.
          And if the earbuds doesn't have a quality issue, but you think the size or style is not what you want, you can apply return for a refund within 30 days, and then Amazon will refund you directly

        I had no idea that it doesn't exist.

        I bought a cheap earbud from Aliexpress and it has Bluetooth multipoint. Its so convenient to watch something on mobile and switch to laptop without getting into hassle of reconnecting earbud.
        But the battery life of it isn't great and i was looking for something with at least 4mics and longer battery life. Bought Anker from amazon on a recent deal and it doesn't have multipoint. Damn.

        Now I am eyeing on Vivo TWS 2 for which reviews are good OR recently released Xiomi Buds 3 Pro for which reviews aren't available yet. Both of these can be connected to 2 devices at the same time.

      Do you find that the right piece always runs out of battery first before the left piece? Probably it dies 1/2 hour earlier than the left.
      I have several pairs and all of them are the same.

    I've had 3 pairs of SoundPeats, not worth the dollars, all stuffed.
    Either one of the left or right buds fails and will not charge.
    Tried customer service once through Aliexpress, what a waste of time, on deaf ears.
