What to ask your retailer when buying your sheepskin products.
Where are your skins from?
Where are they processed?
Are the boots hand cut, hand stitched, hand glued in Australia?
Ask for the address of manufacturer and tannery. There should be no reason why your retailer cannot provide you with details of the origin of your boots.

  Are these machine washable like the sheepskin rugs? (Which come-up great with a little wool wash, BTW)

  This is an important when you have a recalcitrant pooch who thinks soft furnishings are for periodically peeing on.

    Yes light cold hand wash and dry out of the sun 🙌👌, they have zip covers , so just take the insert out and you’re away…

    They and the company deserve far better public reps than we've seen on OzB. Presumably you're a part owner, albeit one with poor customer services skills and no training?

        I guess it is the luck of the draw if you get a "quality" product

        the trouble is that when things go wrong and you don't get a quality product
        it will be followed by unanswered phone calls and emails - check comments on OPs previous posts

  OP's 3 month warranty for a shoe with a RRP of $165 shows his lack of confidence in the workmanship

  In either case, defects in shoes appears to be quite common

  Terrible quality and zero communication once I had an issue with the product.

  This is a company I would avoid at all costs. Customer service is non-existent unless you make it public.

  at the point of purchase don't be fooled by OPs statement

  offered customer service who are 'replying to all inquires within 24 business hours

  His promise is only as good as the quality of his products

  In other words if you have an issue with your purchase and email the company, don't expect a response. Instead wait till OP posts a deal (wont be a long wait) and complain here in order to get a response

  It's a shame when a local producer is not willing to rectify faults on their quality products. Such a shame. I will take fellow ozbargainers advice and not buy from this company. Thank you for sharing your posts.

  Lol some bogans purchased Uggs in the 80's and went to the factory in them, showered in them, slept in them and basically took them off for the first time to take pics of them a few decades later to post them here hehe. No offense, bogans.

  Luckily my first and only Ugg product, the rug, didn't need any stitching and frankly, it's beautiful. We can't really figure out what to do with it but it's still very nice and fluffy.
