Stumbled on this one last night and decided to hit the deal after the price dropped from the vendors.
Bought it and activated on steam no worries.

So details;

This product has to be redeemed before the 6th of January 2022.

This is a restricted product and it can be activated ONLY in South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Myanmar, Hong Kong, India.

You MUST OWN one of the qualifying graphics cards: RTX 3060, RTX 3070, RTX 3070TI, RTX 3080, RTX 3080TI, RTX 3090.

So, what you are buying is an nVidia Promo KEY for the game from a source who didn't use it when bundled with a card.
You activate the code via GeForce Experience which then links up with Steam and gifts you the game.

You can buy it without the 'protection' addon from Gamivo, but for ~$4 to ensure the code works I'd say it's probably a good idea.

So anyway, click the link, then select the 'cheaper' vendor 'CaptainX' to get it for $40.40 after all is done.

Anyway, it's working for me, and for 50% off RRP, no brainer.
Reviews are looking pretty good, lets hope the bugs get patched soon.

Theoretically the price for this item will get cheaper the closer we get to 6th of Jan, but who knows how long the 'source' is available for the codes.

I've used Gamivo a few times now, no complaints.

  Codes are probably from miners who have no use for the codes… So this technically supports the guys who are responsible for this whole mess…

  It's worth noting that there is a current promotion going through NVidia where you can redeem this game for free, following a purchase of an eligible GPU or Laptop with 30 Series graphics, see this promotion page. Noticed this when pre-ordering my ASUS ROG M16 3070 through Scorptec last week.

  I'll check back in on the price around Xmas time and If it hits $30 then I'll bite. Looks like a cool game though
