      There appears to be a delay with our Amazon GC's refreshing for the new month.
      We suggest using our ShopBack Super Swap Card in the meantime, you'll get the same rate for an Amazon Card.

      Otherwise, we will need to wait for our system to refresh the Amazon stock.
      I'm unsure how long this will take.

          Revolut’s security is a bit over the top, and inconvenient too. Try logging into the app, it needs password, two a step verification via email specifically fetched from device with app installed, and a selfie photo uploaded immediately.

    Could I please clarify whether the $20 cap applies to the bonus component of the cashback (i.e. - 4% bonus capped @ $20) or does it apply to the total effective cashback (i.e. - standard cashback + 4% bonus capped @ $20)?

    As an example, if I were to buy a $500 JB Hifi GC (3% standard + 4% bonus), would I get a total of $35 cashback ($15 standard + $20 bonus) OR would it be capped at $20 total cashback?

        I agree, however the rep replied to the first comment on the post, which implied the cap was on the total cashback (standard + bonus) - hence the ambiguity.

        Perhaps a better question I should have asked OP is whether the max spend to hit the cap is $2500 (4% = $100 total cap), but divided into 5 * $500 transactions ($20 cap transaction cap).

    Got the $10 tracked straight away after purchasing a gift card.

    When I clicked on “Pending” in the $10 tracked transaction, I get the following statements:

      Revolute is intermediate payment processor dude, ofcourse Shopback can know easily.

      Next time go to woolies/Coles/aldi where ever you buy grocerries and check your printed receipt - You can see on the EFT section of receipt your basic card details like your Bank account - e.g. Orange Everyday for ING Orange Everyday, along with last 4 digits of your card on some receipts.

      Revolut is UK based, so would have had to comply with EU money laundering, identity theft and data security laws.
      It means there is less chance of your ex or a crim in Bulgaria starting up an account in your name.

    Revolut is cool until you are locked out of the app and then you cannot contact them nor access your funds.

      Can attest to that, forgot my 4 digit pin and the app would not get to forgot passcode page, it kept erroring out.
      I had to delete app data from my phone, and new login attempt I was able to choose forgot passcode, which triggered an email and then required me to take a selfie in-app and upload my license again.

      Wonder if this could have been avoided if my Revolut card was activated.

      Primary: Use for Tap and Pay only, don't use online.

      Virtual: Use online, if compromised, you can replace it in few clicks and don't need to wait for another card to arrive for weeks.

      Disposable: Use on dodge sites or for signups.
