Installed last night. Works great with all the mod cons. Seems like a good quality product but time will tell. Unfortunately the LEDs that lights up the bowl are not RGB 😄

OP - got mine from Moorabbin.

Is installation difficult, or is the service included with delivery?

      • +1

It was not difficult at all for me. Just make sure you have plumbing and electrical sockets readily available. For tools you will need an adjustable wrench, thread seal tape and phillips head screw driver.

Wasn’t difficult at all. Depending on the location of your toilet tap you may need a longer flexible hose. Bunnings has them around $10 to $15. You don’t need a tee as the water filter that comes with the bidet has 2 outlets.

You may need a water pressure reducer, which I use the water saving disc to reduce the flow and inserted in the filter inlet side. I used the blue disc.

You’ll also need a back flow preventer. Goes between the tap and the filter.

You also need a power point to power the bidet.

You don’t need thread tape to seal the connections, because the hoses and filter has rubber seals fitted. The only place you may need thread tape is connecting the backflow preventer to the tap. I am picking up a backflow preventer tomorrow and will find out if there is a rubber seal on the inlet side.

Phillips head #3 screwdriver fit nicely to the supply screws.

If you need to buy a wrench. I would recommend this or similar. It is a lot easier than shifter spanner. You’ll need 2.

        • Picked up the backflow preventer from Bunnings. It does have rubber seal so you shouldn’t need thread tape at all for the install.

    • The whole family loves it so I bought 2 more for the other toilets.

  • Costs more than an actual toilet

    • +1

Well more than the type which result in the "why don't modern toilets flush properly!" thread.
An actual known good non skid flusher is upwards of $500.

OP, you might want to redact your membership number from the photo of the receipt.

    • Thanks doc!, didn’t think it was a big issue though, but cheers.

  • Does this fit on a standard bowl? I got a xiaomi one but they are for Elongated bowls . Looking at changing

  • I wonder how are costco returns when it comes to faulty products…

    • +1

Depends on if the fault is with the ass or the seat 😆

    • +2

I’ve returned couple of faulty products before. No questions asked. Didn’t even have invoice. They have it tied to your membership and returns are normally to your original payment card.

    • Clean off the doodie first

  • Strange that these arnt standard these days, people probably doubt that they can do the JOB!

We have an all enclosed toilet, no accessible pipes etcanyone installed on something like that? Can’t imagine where to start?
