    GoPros have a very wide angle of view so if you don't want the mount to be seen you have to attach it to something on your ceiling, or to a backdrop support going over your table, or the boom arm of a C-stand.

    If the camera isn't so wide-angle (maybe use linear mode, or a phone), you might get by with one of these:

  I have one of these, I have it clamped to a tripod and put lights on its mount, so the lights are in a specific spot relative to the camera
