Looks like shopback are running a promo at the moment, slightly better than CR's 25% cashback yesterday, and this one has no cap. $30 cap.

$30 for referrer, $10 for referee after referee qualifies.

Qualifying requirements for referee: 1. Made a minimum $20 online purchase (below exclusions apply), 2. Received a minimum $10 confirmed cashback online, 3. Added banking details to account.

Users will need to fulfil the referral criteria within 180 days from referee's sign-up date to unlock cashback.

    Haven't used Shopback since January as it just wasn't tracking. Yesterday I decided to give Shopback another go and do I placed a order through the Shopback app, didn't track…… Never again will I use Shopback…..

      Must be doing something wrong like having an adblocker on. I very rarely have any issues with tracking when purchasing through the app.

      CR aren't perfect either; I've had things not track previously.

      And if there are issues, the reps here for both cashback sites are always helpful.

        Yeah I've had things with CR not track before. I would fill out a online form and it would be validated, easy.

      I use SB regularly and have little to no issues.

      Do you check out the DOs and DON'Ts under 'view cashback info'? Each seller has unique conditions to consider, E.g. for The Iconic it says DON'T use The Iconic App, etc. I don't think I've had any issues since making a habit to always check on this prior to purchasing.

      I also use the SB App. Maybe try that if not already.

        Yeah I used the Shopback app last night to buy the Uber Eats. I always use the Shopback and CR apps

      It's your own personal issue, something on your end.
      It's always tracking for me and my wife, no issues

      • I've tried the SB app on my old phone, had lots of stuff that didn't track (most of it was large purchases, I really don't bother with cashback for small purchases), my new phone Poco F2 Pro still had problems tracking, and 2 laptops and 1 PC. I doubt is on my end, I mean just read the countless forum posts and comments about SB not tracking.

  • Yeah, I bought 3 items and they all tracked incorrectly.

    I assume SB will fix all of them.

  • They usually correct the incorrect tracking amounts within 24 hours in my experience. It's happened to me twice. If not then lodge an enquiry after a week. Or cancel the order

        I submitted a claim for missing cashback but it was rejected.

        Received a pretty generic response from Jasmine:

        "We have checked your order and apologize that our team is unable to credit your rejected missing cashback to your account because your The Iconic transaction for order ID 239897221 was not tracked accurately under our system which results in our team being unable to credit the Cashback to you."

        Disappointed as the 26% cashback was the reason I decided to purchase.

  • They should adjust it, I spent $127 therefore should of tracked $30 in total.

    The fact basically everyone tracked wrong, they'll probably get onto it today
