I don't understand this deal at all.
I bought what looks like the same ZigBee Roller Shade Motor from them a month or two ago for USD 59 (https://www.zemismart.com/products/m515egbztn). I use it with HomeKit via a deCONZ hub and Homebridge.
You can get the Zemismart HomeKit → ZigBee hub for USD 49 which gives you direct HomeKit support of ZigBee accessories, which is available in this deal's listing.
BUT… why is the same ZigBee hardware USD 71 at the "deal" above? This really looks like a bit of price gouging directed @ HomeKit users. It looks to be the exact same piece of equipment as the one I bought.

That's my point. Why is the Zigbee shade motor USD 59 here (https://www.zemismart.com/products/m515egbztn), but USD 71 on the "HomeKit" page here (https://www.zemismart.com/products/zmhk-m515egbztn)?
Great price, bought a couple of the Tuya Zigbee drivers (no battery) previously for more than this. Works really well just interfaced to Home Assitant via Zigbee USB dongle and Zigbee2MQTT plugin. Don't really need the homekit hubs but just the driver is USD$71.40. Might have to grab a couple for windows without power available. Sale price needs to be added to title USD $44.60 (with coupon used).
Not sure what you're getting at. Under this deal you can buy the driver for USD $44.60 and you get a free homekit hub ( which is useless to me). This is around USD $15 saving. Maybe you're refering to the remote, but I use the driver direct to home assistant ZigBee.
Hey sky-zemismart, you should update your title price to discout price USD $44.60. Deal looks expensive as you've listed original price.
Now the title and price don't match. The Roller Shade Motor is USD 60.48. The HUB is USD 44.60.

Just the hub separate is around USD $13. This deal is for driver & hub for USD $44.60 + delivery. Have bought 2 kits + $5USD delivery cost me USD $92.40.
Nope, check again. The hub itself is not $13 USD - yes it shows $13 for the related item, but once you click into it, it shows 49. This deal is for the HUB only for 44.60
From the Zemismart start screen (menu), select Homekit, Homekit hub, takes you to the single item hub for USD $13.68. The othe clue is the part codes. Just the hub is ZMHK-01, just the blind motor is M515EGBTZN. The code for this deal is ZMHK-M515EGBZTN, which reads as both in the kit. The photo & SKU is confusing agreed, but this isn't just the hub at ~ USD $50.

I'm interested but confused by the link, is it just the hub at this price? Nowhere on sales page does it state its a pack. IE. 1 roller motor and 1 hub for the deal price.

Btw, I noticed once I connected it up I can't change the speed of the motor? Is that normal? (out of the box it could go slow or fast…)
Yep normal for these, only the AM43 support the speed control. They're a bit slow, but don't bother me as blind up/down not really time critical. There is a discussion about it on a previous OzB deal for these.
I also noticed this as well. I was able to adjust speed when out of the box but later I couldn't.
It’s lets you go slow or fast until you set the top and bottom points. After that it’s always fast.

Your best bet for a discount on the blind drivers is going to be Black Friday/Cyber Monday on AliExpress using some of the discount code published on OzB + cashback if it's valid with the code. At least the Wifi seem to be a little cheaper than the Zigbee.
That's some expensive stuff, can done something that can do similar for about half the price
