  • $100 for the extra camera worth it?

Contact your local burglar and ask if they are planning on moving through the area surveilled by your 2nd or 3rd camera position.

    $551 for damaged package

    • ?

      • +1

You can order it for $551 from Amazon if you’re happy with a damaged box.

        • Ah now I understand. Thanks for clarifying didn't see that option. There is also a used one for $569 which I wouldn't touch. Damaged box might be okay.

  • Is this better since it comes with an extra camera for the same price? https://www.bunnings.com.au/eufy-security-2c-4-camera-pack-p…

    • No. They are different cameras. I would opt for EufyCams in the Amazon deal over the 2C cameras. Main difference is up to 180 vs 365 day battery life

      • I haven't done much research into this, would you mind letting me know why you recommend them over the 2Cs?

        • +1

Battery life. Less time going up and down the ladder. With my EufyCams I probably need to get the ladder out every 4 months since they are in a busy area so get triggered quite a bit.

        • +1

They’re essentially the same as the 2C except the 2C has the option of a “spotlight” which is a strong LED which allows for colour night vision. So the decision is between longer battery life or coloured night vision as the EufyCams don’t have the spotlight which is how you get longer battery life.

          • @Slave1: Thank you!

          • +1

@Slave1: I don't think the 2c has the anti-theft function (to deter people from trying to steal your camera). I believe the Eufy Cam Wire Free HD model has the anti-theft alarm you can set…. "A 100-decibel siren sounds with the volume of a jackhammer if the always-active accelerometer detects eufyCam is being forcibly removed."

  • Current user. I'd recommend it. Good price

  • Thoughts on this package at Mitre10? Seems good value. https://www.mitre10.com.au/eufy-security-ultimate-bundle

    • The Eufy 2C model is inferior to the regular "Eufy Cam" as mentioned above, but if you have a use for the floodlight, doorbell, entry sensor - looks like a good all round package

Damm i missed out on this one too

How do I get a 4th camera without blowing budget

Or can I buy 3 now and then if 1 is on sale then just add this onto the network?

    • 4 camera is on sale again

      • damm i missed out now its out of stock :(

  • Do these prerecord a few seconds prior to movement detection?

    • Doesn't appear so, seems like mine starts recording once movement is detected

  • Hmm mine shows $709.00 for T8804CD2.
    How does one get $599?

    • $599 for 3 cameras and $699 for 4 at officeworks. Mine was pricebeat by jb for $660
