    Absolutely, only 16GB will run in dual channel so you'll have the extra 8gb in single channel but there's no real downside to that, just that the extra 8gb from the second stick will be marginally slower.

        I'd go the Ryzen even though it's one generation behind. Ryzen mobile cpus have been great since the 4000 series.
        Just be aware that the screen, although Full HD, is quite dim and not good for outside use.

  Looking at a different model (Yoga X1 Gen 6) which also works with this code and it brought the price down slightly further from the old EDUCOMM code.

  Do we expect there will be an even better BLACKFRIDAY code or is this about as good as it gets? We can lock the price until Friday by requesting a quote to get the best of both worlds but I'd hate my laptop spec to go out of stock (it's already out to 7 weeks right now!)
