  yeah its good that its free shipping but i can never find anything that's a good price on there to expensive for me.

  i ordered a panasonic camera about 1-2 hours before this free shipping code was available….

  so i rang up asking if i could get my shipping refunded, this basically said "bad luck, its the same if you bought something from a store and they went on sale the next day. there is nothing we can do". Also the extended warranty they offer is only covered by a US-based site, so all goods must be shipping to the US for repairs….ouch.

  terrible customer service from these guys, will stay away from them in future!

    Next time, try canceling your order then put through a new order. It's basically the same thing. :)
