Confusing as the website lists my suburb, and you can even select it during sign-up. Maybe they're just being careful not to overload it? Or artificially adding queues to increase hype haha.

You have to sign up using the referral link and then use the same code as coupon to get the initial $10 off. Then you can use Welcome30 for your send order. You can't use multiple coupons on the same delivery however considering its free, you can order multiple times for free.

Their website lists Melbourne CBD as a suburb, but the app (when you download) does not.
Sydney suburbs include Alexandria, Beaconsfield, Zetland, Waterloo, Redfern, Eveleigh, Erskineville, Newtown, Glebe, Annandale, Paddington, the CBD, Rushcutters Bay, Woolloomooloo and a handful of others.
Melbourne suburbs include South Melbourne, South Wharf, Southbank, Albert Park, St Kilda, East Melbourne, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Abbotsford and the CBD.
Coupon hasn't expired, it worked for me today. It wouldn't accept an order of $30.50 but worked for $32.
