Why are these going so cheap (same with the shopping express deals)? is it because the motherboards are highway robbery so people aren't buying the CPUs?
Both mobo and ddr5 ram are highway robbery I say…
I'd skip DD5 this generation anyway, there's not much real world difference unless you spend $$$
Even the DDR4 mobos are overpriced.

DDR5 is in the same boat as GPUs at the moment with scalpers charging top dollar for whatever they can get their hands on. Retailers should start bundling DDR5 with motherboards.. Just a thought
DDR5 isn't worth the premium even if you could get it at rrp right now. I'd rather see a larger range of options for the DDR4 boards and for Asus to get their heads out of the pricing clouds since they make no sense at all.
Likely trying to buy a back a bit of market share too. AMD have been belting them for a few years now.
