  Price is ok, it is only the service really disappointing. Tracking said item arrived country on 22 Nov and today is 11 Dec, there is absolutely ZERO update since!!!
  Email CS and all I got is Your parcel is still within the "Delivery Time frame" so they didn't bother to do anything for the customer. Most likely my first and Last purchase. Let alone any damage to the box if it ever turns up.

        does anyone who lived in the UK, know what the equivalent of one British working day is in Australian days?
        my 35 days here works out to around 27 working days in Australia which is a lot more than 5-9 working days

  OP. Seems like a lot of people orders are over a month!! I guess you should assist if you want people to upvote your listing. Remember your AU site is 15-20% more expensive than your US site, if we are also getting shitty service, I am sure any future listings will get neg votes!

    did you get an undented box?

    If it was mostly postal transit time, then it is really unfair that their website still claims delivery in 5-9 working days
    if that's the case, then yes they are more interested in sales than service

      Ordered and paid on 8th Oct, even after 2 months it was still showing order processing on their website. Finally it arrived on 9th December. I asked them to cancel my order and refund they agreed but still ended up sending the item. I have to return the item now. They seem to be very unprofessional
