  Beware, this mouse is sh!t. It's flawed with faulty battery that stops charging after 3-4 months. I've had Dell replace it twice and the third mouse just died this week. If you keep it plugged it via USB, it still works without any issues though.

    Are you sure yours is a AW310M? The AW310M doesn't handle plugged in USB support - only wireless

      Wireless with power from USB I would guess, as the complain is about battery charging failing.

    I agreed, Alienware makes a crappy mouse, weird shape and not very comfortable to use, I have one, and compared to my Razer Deathadder Elite and Razer Viper, it's day and night.

  Really liked this mouse. It's heavy enough to keep the work laptop Teams' status active for the day while I play Halo infinite on my personal laptop, i mean work stuff
