That's about it. Audio is significantly better.
The audio is way better on this… Different game altogether better, but that is the only real difference.

I don't think it does bluetooth. Happy to be corrected.
Bluetooth works fine on all Google smart speakers. I use it all the time. Not sure about the delay because I mostly use it for music.
How good would these be to use a couple of these as a sound bar for a living room?
Can you have a tv output audio to these? TBH for similar or less money you are better off with Edifier speakers, in terms of tv sound ouput. They can take optical in, so no compromises for audio latency

I did, it sounds better than the original home speaker
Google store now selling the Nest Audio for $99 inc delivery, so if you have store credit as I do it's a good way of using these funds.
