It means that any item that has an automatically applied code/coupon will be eligible for Cashback - according to Amazon.
If you must manually enter the code/coupon, you will not receive the Cashback.
Just wondering if the item/s purchased need to be sold and shipped by Amazon au.. Or is it possible to have a completely different seller?

I ordered a socket set, which was tracked at 0% but wouldn't it come under hardware and tools. It is hardware and it most definitely is a tool.
I was expecting 6%.

I've basically moved onto cash rewards with all my purchases now, but figured out I would give them a shot again - tracked as 0.00 . Luckily I'm now reminded why it is I tell everyone I know to stay clear of shopback.

I ordered Legos and toy last night which should come up with 20% cashback. Just now receoved email from SB with ZERO cashback. On top the order numbers they mention in their email never matches with my order numbers in Amazon.
For example, my recent two orders are below starting 503-***; whereas in their email order numbers referred to starts with 1295***.

Went to ask why and my transaction has been removed from there history (was there) and now cannot claim a non payment. Shonkyness going on with shopback currently. What a waste of time.
