I fail to see how a shed that was $1550 a few weeks ago is now "40% off" and $2084 (Down from "$3474"). Not cool.

    • I was literally looking at their site last night and yes all the prices have gone up. Dodgy

  • I purchased an EasyShed in a previous sale (6m x 3m shed). The online support from their website was very good. The delivery was flawless too.

I have been looking for a shed for some time now. I can't see a bargain here. It seems like their regular price.

Got to say the shed I purchased from them 6 months ago is another $100 plus odd now, so it's not a deal, every day price for me.

On delivery, no notification it was coming on a particular day, received shipping notification from factory then it just appeared and left not where we would have wanted a week later, so mileage may vary.

Hey OP, can you provide more info on the 5 step assembly?

  • +1

can't trust these shed deal RRP/listings & discount %.. actual price seems to fluctuate as others have mentioned,

  • Please allow up to 4 years to complete your building apprenticeship at a minimum to be able to erect these sheds. (not pre punched, no bracing, blunt screws, thin c-channel edging used for frame, etc.)
After trying it 'their way', I eventually had to hold the panels in place, mark them, pre-drill, and rivet it together… I also dynabolted a block to my wall, screwed the back of the shed to that, dynabolted the panels into the concrete to stop them moving around at will, and screwed metal strips to brace the doors from twisting like a 50's teenager!

RRP was a lot lower on this website last week.
    False advertising.

  • So…Skillion roof 1.5x1.5x2.1 normally $737, now $442…how does that compare with the Absco one Bunnings sells for $249?

  • From https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/prices-surcharges-receipts…

    What are misleading prices?
    Misleading prices may include:

a ‘before’, ‘was’ or ‘strike through’ price that is not the price those items were sold for in a reasonable period immediately before the sale period started
a ‘before’, ‘was’ or ‘strike through’ price where only a limited proportion of sales were at the higher price in a reasonable period immediately before the sale period started
a comparison between ‘cost/wholesale’ and ‘sale’ prices if the ‘cost/wholesale’ price is greater than what the business paid for the products
a price comparison with a competitor’s price for identical goods, but the stated price is taken from a different market or geographical location
‘savings’ or ‘discount’ statements when compared to the recommended retail price (RRP), but the goods have never been sold at the RRP or the RRP does not reflect a current market price.
Businesses may also mislead consumers about prices if they:

promote a ‘sale’ or ‘special’ price which is not in fact a temporary sale price, thus creating an unwarranted sense of urgency to make an immediate purchase
represent that an advertised price is the total price that you will have to pay when it is not.

    • This

    • Yeah…I've checked the site a few times, over past months. Don't think I ever saw RRP prices applying.

  • The EasyShed Gable Slider 3 x 2.25 m is $90 cheaper at Costco, even if you had to buy the membership it's still $30 less than the 'sale' price

  • I've been eyeing a few sheds for a year now and prices have not been discounted, think accc should look into this

  • Looked into garden sheds and these guys always have this discount going.
