Is there a table somewhere showing what prepaid seller is on what network?

Does this have 10% off on groceries?

I was just wondering the same thing. But something tells me I wouldn't be liking the answer to that… Go Woolies

Hehe yeah. My next plan is 150 which I don't wanna pay. Maybe jump across and come back I reckon

I think I'm in the same boat. Bought this deal last year so I could just auto recharge at 150 or port out and port back in.

For the sake of 30, it's probably not worth the hassle.

150 is still a good deal I think

My mobile plan (this plan) just rolled over on the 14th, and the Coles app showed 120GB and 65GB of rolled over data. But it's the 120GB that has been decrementing over the last week, currently at 118.4GB. This doesn't seem right, anyone know what is going on?

    • +1

You could try contacting [email protected].

Does it make a difference though?
It's still the same amount of data, once the 120GB is used the 65GB will be used.

      • +1

I'll give that a try. I'm just concerned because I think the rolled-over data is supposed to be used first. Possibly their system has broken for my account, as it has allowed 65GB to roll over when the plan says only 50GB should roll over.

Can you use a Coles gift card to pay at Coles Mobile? Seems self evident but I can't find a straight answer at Coles Mobile and I don't want to be stuck with a Coles gift card.

    Thanks~! I got another one.

    Happy New Year all!

Any idea when this offer ($119 for $150 plan) will end (or usually ends)?

Does this include calls to mobile phones in UK? What are standard calls?

    Thanks, Ashley.

I regularly use it to call mobiles in the UK no issues

Dont know about others but it has been too frustrating porting to coles. I was with telstra and decided to take this long expiry offer from coles. The porting itself happened quickly but the 365 day service is not activated even after 3 days. In other words, my number is stuck with coles with no incoming and outgoing calls. The support is next to non existent. Every time i call/chat with them, they read the standard script ..’sorry for the inconvenience, wait for 48 hours for it to be resolved’ they dont even know what is the problem.

Whirlpool forums have lots of similar experiences shared.

    should have looked at forums

Took 5 mins to activate for me, as much as it sucks, you may need to call or email until you get someone competent.

      • +1

Thanks, after more calls, the service is activated now.

was thinking to port from Boost to Coles but reading all the porting issues…think I'll pass - seems like a lucky draw and I don't want to draw the 13 day delay/ calls forwarding to stranger / activation site not available / non existent customer service support

Buyer beware! I would never have gone with Coles Mobile if I’d read any reviews beforehand. Took 10 days to port my number, once my number was ported I still couldn’t access data OR send and receive texts for another 8 days. Was offered a measly 3GB of days in compensation for going 18 days without mobile service.

    • That's insane. You should write to head office, as there is no excuse for delays like that.

These bad reviews are really off putting.

Can any current user of their service verify as to whether these mixed reviews are legit? I would hate to pass on this great offer or even give up on the current provider - Gomo which has been excellent so far especially in terms of their customer service.

If the service is as bad as being reported here, then it's really not worth the hassle. Thinking of porting mine along with my partner's.

    • My wife uses Coles Mobile, has been on for about 7 months, not a hint of a problem. Excellent reception (in an older iPhone), in the E burbs of Melbourne.
Port was quick (under an hour), was previously on Vaya. When renewal comes around, she will probably stick with them, unless there is a better offer around

      • I see. That's good to know. Did she had to wait long before getting a response, when contacting their customer service?

        • Yep, used it once, I believe it is covered by Optus, slight issue with account quickly resolved
