      I just don't get why such a checkbox exists - why not automagically apply the coupon, and show the reduced price assuming that anyone with a brain would want the discount?

  Note with these types of humidifiers, the 'cotton filter sticks' are consumables, and you have to keep an eye out for mould on them .

  For whatever reason, I misread this as being a dehumidifier and I thought "Oh yeah, this might be handy given how muggy it's been recently".
