      I usually only need a 6 and 8mm, so I’m happy to buy a top quality ones individually. Is everything else okay got a general top up of assorted bits?

      Good set at this price to keep around for general home use. But drill bits are pretty weak. Broke 2 within the first use. I wonder if Amazon accept returns or replace based on poor quality…?

    This is such a handy set to have. Just bought another one.

    The only issue I have with it is you need the strength of Hercules to get some of the bits out of their holders. For this price I can live with that.

      No, all drill bits are proprietary. Bosch use a special chuck called a Chosch.

    It’s an OK set, got it about 12 months ago on sale. Some of the thinner bits are pretty low quality - snapped simply pre-drilling into timber..
